Namastey!

Hope you’re all doing good. I started a 52-week challenge on 10th February to Publish at least one newsletter every week. This is the third one so far.
Let’s get on with it.

Finding inspiration and creating new content each week is difficult. There’s no algorithm/no formula that you can plug into churns out great content for your audience. (at least I haven’t found one yet!)

So whenever I feel low I look up to some of the awesome Creators that I love and admire in the online space - People who have ‘made it big’ through sheer hard work.

Here’s a concise list of creators (in no particular order) whom I find absolutely inspiring :

My Favourite Creators (Twitter)

  1. Dan Koe: I respect Dan so much for how driven he is towards building a Solo Online business. I have learned a great deal of stuff from his posts and courses. If you actively use Twitter, I recommend you follow this guy. Also, He runs a discord community, modern money course, and podcast

  2. Janis Ozolins: Janis has one of the coolest and mind-blowing visualizations (that compel you to think) that I have come across on Twitter. I enjoy most of his visualizations Tweets and wonder how can someone create such amazing content every time they post. Here are some of his recent creations.

  3. Daniel Vasallo: I came across his idea of a portfolio of small bets when working as a Solopreneur/Indiehacker, You can read more about it in this thread:

Don't build a product. Build a portfolio of small bets. Once you adopt this perspective, it becomes a lot easier to figure out what you should be doing (and not doing).

  4. Bernie: You can learn a great deal of stuff about ‘Community building’ from Bernie. He often speaks in Twitter Spaces and shares his valuable insights about creator economy and Community Building.

  5. Blake: Blake is very active on Twitter and shares his thoughts and ideas about the No-code tech and creator economy topics. There’s a lot of learning if you check out his tweets.

My Favourite Creators ( Youtube )

  1. Mrwhosetheboss + Ali Abdal + Elizabeth Filips : If I were to be honest with you, I love these three YouTubers mostly for their way of presenting their highly-engaging content with a warm smile (with a British accent! love it!)

  2. Silicon Valley Girl : She posts videos with useful insights on building a side hustle, an online business, and living a more productive life. One of my super favorite!

  3. Jay Shetty : Jay is very active on Instagram, you might know him from there, he is a former monk and a great storyteller.

  4. Shadé Zahrai : One of the best youtube channels with personal and professional growth content.

  5. Eva and Katelyn : These guys do a lot of DIY fun stuff on camera. It’s a pleasure to watch them build stuff and do random experiments. Again very engaging content.

  6. Amy Landino : Amy also shares personal growth and productivity content among other things, Her on-camera confidence and energy is on a totally different level. Check out her videos. 💯

  7. Ankit Bhatia + Ronnie & Barty + Tanya Khanijow - I love watching travel content on youtube in my spare time and these three channels (which mostly produce India-specific Travel content) have highly engaging content. Check them out ;)

My Favourite Creators ( Instagram )

I follow so many handles on Instagram but if I had to choose just three out of them, here are some of my absolute favourites :

  1. pnw_roaming + Khan_isa + kashmirinmylens : Again travel-related content but oh! it’s so eye-pleasing and heartwarming.

  2. happiness.library : This is one handle I look up to for book recommendations other than exploring on goodreads.

  3. thetrevorcrump + itsemilycincotta + Emmari + Mehar Labana : There are so many other creators pushing out content related to online business, freelancing, content marketing, Instagram growth, etc, however, I find these creators content very helpful with a lot of learning.

There are so many more creators I follow - creators who are doing some amazing work and who inspire me every now and then.
🥂 to all those amazing creators.

How do you find inspiration to create content? Who are your favorite creators, reply to this email or let me know in the comments below.

👨🏻‍💻 Side Hustle Stories

I don’t want to overwhelm you with a lot of information in a single piece of newsletter so for this week I just have five side hustle stories to share with you :

  1. How to Create Passive & Scalable Income Streams From 6 pm — 8 pm : Some practical tips on building a side hustle and an online business.

  2. 50 One-Sentence Tips to Help You Maximize Your Side Hustle : After one year of working towards building an online business, I can relate to a lot of these. So many concentrated learnings poured into one single article. I say bookmark it. ;)

  3. From $0 to $200,000 in 12 months: the truth about solo growth: Another inspiring story you can learn from.

  4. How to choose a brand name that is impossible to ignore: Whenever I think of starting a new project, choosing a name is the biggest challenge. If you’re struggling to find a name for your next side project, check out this post.

  5. How I overcame depression, learned to trust myself and grew as a solopreneur: I could relate so much to this story so had to share this one.

That’s all for this week! I will see you again sometime next week!

It takes me about 7-8 hours a week to read, curate, and write a newsletter issue - if you found this newsletter valuable and want me to keep bringing you more valuable content every week - here’s how you can Support this Newsletter 💌 .

Also, I would love to know your thoughts about the stories and essays I share with you. So Feel free to reply to this email or share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Sincerely,

Rahul Tyagi
